As a condition to using certain features of our website and services, you may be required to provide certain personal information to relevant artists, such as your email address, country of residence and zip/postal code ("Fan Information") in order to join the relevant artist's website or mailing list. As a condition to each such artist's right to receive such Fan Information, Pencl Labs requires each artist to agree that it 1) will not disclose, rent or sell any Fan Information to any third party; 2) will use the Fan Information only in connection with the artist's website or mailing list, in order to provide fans with general information and news about the artist, and 3) will ensure that any email sent to its mailing list will include a mechanism by which the recipient can unsubscribe from the mailing list, along withe clear instructions on how to do so. However, Pencl Labs has no control over and no liability for the use of the Fan Information by the artists. You can choose not to provide such Fan Information, but you may not be able to take advantage of the associated features.

Cookies are required to use the FourFour service. We use cookies to record current session information, but do not use permanent cookies. You are required to log-in to your FourFour account after a certain period of time has elapsed to protect you against others accidentally accessing your account contents.
Pencl Labs uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run FourFour. Although Pencl Labs owns the code, databases, and all rights to the FourFour Service, you retain all rights to your data.
None of Pencl Labs' sites are directed to children under the age of 13. We operate our network of sites in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998, and do not permit registration by, and will not knowingly collect or use personally identifiable information from, anyone under 13 years of age.
Pencl Labs may disclose personally identifiable information under special circumstances, such as to comply with subpoenas or when your actions violate the Terms of Use.
Pencl Labs may periodically update this policy. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your FourFour primary account holder account or by placing a prominent notice on our site.
