It's been 10 years since we started out at the Texas branch of Rockzone.com. Since then, we've grown from a punk rock fanzine to the most prolific of Houston's concert coverage publications. We have covered over 500 shows in that time, averaging 1 a week for a decade. Our current archives go back to 2001, but we were covering shows in 2000. Check out the Rockzone.com archives to see those shows.
To celebrate, we will be having a house concert at Almost Austin House, which you can check out in various reviews done on this site. For the show, we'll be having Otis Gibbs coming into town with local folk-rock duo, The Harbingers of Happiness, opening. Tickets will be $15 (+ $1 handling fee for online purchases) and will include free food, drinks and prizes. Visit http://www.houstonmusicreview.com/hmrconcert.html to order!
