Kick Bricks 4 ever!

What a night! On a perfect early summer Saturday, Kick Bricks hit the Elbo Room stage in acoustic mode, playing more than 20 songs, spanning two sets, including a variety of staples, covers, and several new tunes for the band. With JB & Oz splitting time on djembe and cajone, Brian splitting time on mandolin and guitar and Steve & Joe on guitars, the band came out swinging and didn't let up for the next 2 1/2 hours, throwing down a funky stew of hip-hop and jam-band style rock & roll that had the crowd up and moving from the start. You've got to love it!

Kick Bricks currently has a couple of shows booked for July. On Thursday, July 26, we will be doing an outdoor show At Ronan Park, in Chicago's Albany Park neigborhood, at 6 pm, and we will be performing an electric set at U.S. Beer Company, on Saturday, July 28, at 9 pm. We hope you can make it out for one or both shows- it is because of those of you that we get to keep doing what we love to do- which is to have fun & make music!
